These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at robodriveai.life (the "Site") operated by RoboDriveAI Inc. (BN 873205641BC0001), with principal offices at 1021 West Broadway, Suite 307, Vancouver, BC V6H 1E8, Canada ("RoboDriveAI," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
RoboDriveAI is a service robotics innovation studio. We deliver structured programmes (RDR-101 through RDR-601), AMR pilot facilitation, healthcare robotics lab builds, simulation review and related integration services from our Vancouver West Broadway campus. We are not a marketing agency, web design studio, general IT outsourcing firm, law firm, medical provider or certified safety auditor. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional engineering, legal, medical or financial advice.
The Site is intended for business and institutional users evaluating or engaging service robotics solutions. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and, if acting on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your use of the Site and for all activities conducted under your authority.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including browsing programme information, submitting contact inquiries, subscribing to newsletters where offered and accessing resources made available by RoboDriveAI. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, programme descriptions, simulation screenshots and software — is owned by RoboDriveAI or our licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The RoboDriveAI name, drive symbol logo and RDR programme designations are trademarks of RoboDriveAI Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing or printing for internal evaluation purposes.
When you submit information through our contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Submission is governed by our Privacy Policy. We endeavour to respond to inquiries within two business days but do not guarantee response times. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligation on RoboDriveAI to provide services until a written agreement is executed.
Descriptions of programmes, services, timelines, metrics and outcomes on the Site are illustrative and subject to change. Binding terms for service robotics engagements — including scope, fees, deliverables, warranties, liability limits and intellectual property allocation — are set forth only in executed statements of work, master service agreements or programme enrollment documents. In the event of conflict between Site content and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ROBODRIVEAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Performance metrics, case examples and outcome figures displayed on the Site (including AMR pilot statistics, simulation environment counts and collaboration safety compliance scores) are illustrative. Actual deployment outcomes depend on facility infrastructure, hardware performance, operator training, regulatory environment and factors outside RoboDriveAI's control. We do not guarantee specific uptime, throughput, ROI, regulatory clearance, clinical outcomes or safety certification results.
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell robotics hardware, a guarantee of programme availability or a commitment to accept any particular client engagement. RoboDriveAI reserves the right to decline engagements that fall outside our expertise or present unacceptable risk.
RoboDriveAI develops service robotics, autonomous mobile systems and intelligent collaboration technologies. Real-world performance depends on environment conditions, safety configuration, fleet size and human workflows — results vary by deployment. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, full job replacement or third-party certification. We are not an IT outsourcing shop, news blog, university programme or consulting agency where advisory — not robotics innovation — is the primary offering.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROBODRIVEAI AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROBODRIVEAI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RoboDriveAI and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or your infringement of any third-party rights.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or references to third-party robotics platforms, simulation tools and standards bodies. RoboDriveAI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or availability. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may additionally be communicated through a Site notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Site or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia for resolution of disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoboDriveAI regarding the Site and supersede prior oral or written understandings on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
